Before collection, we verify the identity of each donor using approved identification documents.

All samples are collected by trained personnel following strict protocols.

Clear instructions to donors
Controlled collection environments
Proper PPE and hygiene standards
A Chain of Custody form is completed for every sample.
This includes:
Donor information
Collector information
Signatures from both parties
Unique sample reference numbers
Time and date stamps
Forms must be complete, accurate, and legible.
Each sample is:
Immediately sealed with tamper‑evident security seals
Labelled with unique identifiers
Cross‑checked against documentation
Donors confirm the seal is intact before signing the form.
Samples are stored in secure, restricted‑access areas until transportation.
Storage conditions follow laboratory requirements to maintain sample integrity.
Samples are transported using approved couriers or secure delivery methods.
We ensure:
Continuous tracking
Secure packaging
No unauthorised access
Delivery directly to the accredited laboratory
Upon arrival, the laboratory:
Confirms seal integrity
Verifies documentation
Logs the sample into their system
Reports any discrepancies immediately
Only UKAS‑accredited laboratories are used.
Results are issued only to authorised individuals or organisations.
All reports include:
Sample reference numbers
Date of analysis
Laboratory accreditation details
Chain of Custody records are retained for a minimum of 6 years in secure storage.
Any suspected breach of Chain of Custody is investigated immediately.
If integrity cannot be confirmed, the sample is rejected and the client notified.
